Increasing the conversation between you and your clients is the cornerstone of our satisfaction survey program. Measuring and improving client satisfaction is proven to increase long term revenue growth. The objective was to design a mark for a research firm that focuses on client and job candidate satisfaction including one that can be also used as a 'seal' for clients that have passed a certification process.

After presenting various concepts, this identity was created. The identity is derived from an abstract form of the voice bubble - a direct connection to how they increase the conversation between you and your clients. In addition to the corporate identity, morange designed a seal for their certification program.
